We are looking for a Spatial Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly attuned to how people experience environments. This role is ideal for someone who can imagine, plan, and transform interior or exterior spaces into places that are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with client goals. The Spatial Designer will work on a wide range of projects, including offices, retail environments, residential spaces, hospitality venues, cultural locations, showrooms, and event settings. In this position, you will assess client needs, site characteristics, circulation flows, regulatory constraints, and budget expectations in order to develop thoughtful and achievable design concepts. You will create plans, sketches, mood boards, layouts, visual presentations, and design recommendations that clearly communicate a creative vision. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions are both inspiring and feasible. The ideal candidate has a strong design culture, a refined eye for materials, color, lighting, furniture, and composition, and a practical understanding of safety, accessibility, and ergonomic standards. You should be able to listen carefully, interpret client expectations, justify creative decisions, and adapt proposals based on feedback, technical limitations, or timeline changes. Proficiency in computer-aided design tools and visual presentation software is essential for effectively communicating ideas and supporting decision-making. On a daily basis, the Spatial Designer plays a central role in shaping coherent and memorable spatial experiences. You will help balance aesthetics, functionality, brand identity, and user comfort across every project. Depending on the organization, you may also contribute to material sourcing, furniture selection, finish specifications, and decorative direction, while staying informed about market trends and industry innovations. In some settings, the role may extend from concept development through implementation support. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high creative standard. If you enjoy designing spaces that tell a story, solve practical challenges, and improve the user experience, this role offers a meaningful chance to make a visible and lasting impact through design.
